Billy Owens

Billy Owens has over two decades of experience in quality management and engineering within the manufacturing and industrial sectors. Currently serving as the Plant Quality Obtention Manager at Michelin since July 2019, Billy previously held the role of Tire Building Methods Engineer at the same company. Prior experience includes a position as Quality Engineer at Zeus Industrial Products, Inc. for four months in early 2019, and an extensive tenure at Michelin from 2006 to 2019, where Billy advanced through roles including Senior Quality Engineer, Design Engineer, and Quality Engineer. Earlier experience includes working as an Environmental Engineer, Production Manager, and Quality Engineer at Milliken & Company from 2000 to 2006. Billy Owens earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Erskine College between 1996 and 2000.
