Jihun Dave Kim has a diverse work experience in various roles related to pricing strategy, business development, procurement, and materials management. JIHUN DAVE started their career in the Republic of Korea Army as a Procurement Specialist/Commander Assistant, overseeing the procurement of spare parts for various aircraft. After their military service, they joined Sejin America, Inc. as a Sales & Materials Specialist, where they analyzed production plans and coordinated delivery schedules. JIHUN DAVE then worked at Lear Corporation as an Assistant Materials Manager for Mercedes-Benz C-Class, responsible for procurement and managing the materials department. Following that, Jihun joined Mercedes-Benz USA, first as a Senior Buyer in the International Procurement Department and later as the Manager of Parts Pricing Strategy, transforming the parts pricing strategy for the entire Mercedes-Benz portfolio in the U.S. Their next role was as the Global Pricing Strategy Manager at Tenneco, where they developed strategic pricing capabilities for their Americas, APAC, and EMEA business. Currently, Jihun is serving as the Director of Pricing Strategy at Michelin.

JIHUN DAVE KIM completed their Executive Education in Data Driven Pricing at the MIT Sloan School of Management, which started before 2020 and ended in that same year. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, which they completed in 2012. JIHUN DAVE also obtained a certification in "Using Power BI with Excel" from LinkedIn in November 2020.
