Gemma Shepherd

Gemma is a Associate in the Tax, Trust and Succession team based in our Sidmouth office.

Gemma advises on a range of private client work including wills, estate planning, powers of attorney, estate administration and Court of Protection matters. She is a full member of the Solicitors for the Elderly and a full member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Prior to joining Michelmores, Gemma read law at the University of Exeter and went on to study the Legal Practice Course at Plymouth University. After qualifying as a solicitor with a London law firm Gemma returned to Devon and worked for a local Exeter based law firm specialising in general private client matters.

Outside of work Gemma enjoys travelling and exploring new places. Most recently Gemma has visited the Galapagos Islands and climbed Mount Kilimanjaro.
