Kevin O'Connell

Kevin O'Connell has over two decades of management experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Advanced Energy Systems Manager at Michigan CAT since February 2015. In this role, Kevin leads the Electric Power Sales & Project Management Team, focusing on strategic goal setting, personnel development, and financial oversight. Previously, Kevin held roles such as Managing Director at Oakland Energy & Water Ventures, where investments in clean energy innovations were a priority, and Vice President of Sales at Stage 2 Innovations/Clear Sky Power Generation, managing market research and competition analysis. Kevin's earlier experience includes a long tenure at Michigan CAT, leading the Electric Power Business Operations, and managing a branch at Aggreko. Educationally, Kevin holds an MBA from Walsh College and a BS in Industrial Distribution & Marketing from Eastern Michigan University.
