Brandy Ryan

Brandy Ryan is the Director of Human Resources at the Michigan Dental Association. Brandy has over 10 years of experience in human resources and payroll management. Prior to their current position, Brandy was the Human Resources Director/Payroll Specialist at The Montcalm Center for Behavioral Health. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting, advertising, and facilitating interview set up and planning. Brandy also administered employee benefits, including the purchasing of health, dental, life, retirement, workman’s compensation and fringe benefits. In addition, they managed a very effective and accurate benefits system for FMLA tracking. Brandy is also a compliance officer for the Fair Labor Standard Act (FLSA) and the Department of Labor, wage and hour division. Brandy is responsible for Workman's' Comp reporting and annual auditing for the state of Michigan.
