Nadia Heystek

Nadia Heystek is a seasoned professional in human capital management with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the People Effectiveness Manager at Peace Parks Foundation since November 2023, Nadia previously held significant positions at Intercape from August 2016 to October 2023, including Senior Human Capital Business Partner & Team Lead, HR Consultant, and Senior Human Resources Administrator. Prior experience includes serving as the Manager of Personnel Development at Lombard Tyres (Pty) Ltd from May 2010 to August 2015, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition, training and development, and payroll management. Nadia holds a Post Graduate Degree (Cum Laude) in Industrial Psychology and a B.Com Degree (Cum Laude) in Human Resources Management, both from North-West University.
