Tom Nugent

Tom Nugent is an experienced Human Resources Director and Director of the Field Operations Division at Michigan Farm Bureau, where employment began in May 1998. In this role, Tom oversees a team of 30 staff members, focusing on the design, implementation, and administration of programs and services for members and affiliates. Prior to this, Tom served as Manager of Member Services, developing and marketing a variety of member service programs to a large membership base. Tom's career at Michigan Farm Bureau began in October 1992 as Associate Editor for Member Publications and Regional Representative. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ag & Natural Resources Communications and Food Systems Economics and Management from Michigan State University and an MBA from Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business.
