Andrea Buchanan

Andrea Buchanan currently serves as the VP of Organizational Development at Michigan Humane, a position held since March 2019. Prior to this role, Buchanan was the VP of Human Resources at Woodruff Sawyer from March 2011 to August 2018, and held various human resources positions at Hamilton Family Center and Workshare Technology in 2010. Additional experience includes an Organizational Development Co-Op at DTE Energy and internships in Human Resources at RECON Management Systems and the University of Michigan. Andrea Buchanan earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan in 2006 and a M.A. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2009.
