Herasanna Richards

Herasanna Richards is an experienced professional in legislative affairs and communications, currently serving as a Legislative Associate for State & Federal Affairs at the Michigan Municipal League since April 2019. In addition, Herasanna is the Principal at HVE Social, a consultancy specializing in campaign messaging and content creation, active since June 2021. Previous roles include Deputy Coalitions Director for Biden for President in 2020, Executive Director of the Detroit Restaurant & Lodging Association from July 2017 to March 2019, Outreach Coordinator at Safe & Just Michigan in early 2017, and Digital Communications Specialist at Grassroots Midwest from late 2015 to early 2017.
