Marissa Orzame

Marissa Orzame is currently a Medical Assistant at Michigan Orthopaedic Surgeons, overseeing patient flow and preparing treatment rooms. With previous experience as a Dancer for the Detroit Pistons, Marissa performed at NBA games, showcasing skills in synchronization and audience engagement. Prior roles include working as a Medical Assistant at Dermatology Associates, where responsibilities encompassed various clinical tasks, and serving as a Teaching Assistant and Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Michigan, focusing on Human Anatomy and exercise-related research. Additional experience includes administrative support at Michigan Medicine and roles in teaching and dance instruction.
