Barry Schmidt

Barry Schmidt has extensive experience in sales and management, currently serving as Sales Manager at Michigan Pneumatic Tool since August 2010, specializing in industrial air tools across various sectors including construction, aerospace, and mining. Prior to this, Barry worked as a Sales & Marketing Consultant for two years, helping manufacturers establish representation and distribution channels. Barry's career includes roles as Territory Sales Manager at Fluke Corporation and Greenlee Textron, as well as president of Hyperformance Tools. Early career positions include Sales Manager at Nations Rent, Account Manager at W.W. Grainger, and Outside Sales at McCally Tool & Supply. Barry began professional experience as Branch Manager at Fastenal and as Field Superintendent for Marriott Hotels. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in General Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Eastern Michigan University, complemented by an Associate's degree from Kellogg Community College.
