Max Rohtbart

Max Rohtbart currently serves as Court Clerk 3 for Wayne County, Michigan, since July 2023. Additionally, Max has been a sports official for the Michigan High School Athletic Association since July 2013, refereeing high school-level contests in football, baseball, and soccer. Max has a long-standing role as an Election Inspector and Precinct Chair for various municipalities since February 2012 and is an elected Precinct Delegate for the Michigan Republican Party, serving since 2010. Max held positions such as Secretary for the 14th District Republican Party from 2015 to 2017 and Youth Vice-Chair for the 9th Congressional District Republican Party from 2011 to 2013. In 2012, Max was Chairman of Oakland University Students for Romney and interned for the Rick Snyder for Michigan campaign in 2010, overseeing volunteer events in Oakland County. Max holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Oakland University.
