Emma Cantrell, aPHR, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at MSU Federal Credit Union since March 2021, with previous experience in various client-facing and HR roles. Prior to this position, Emma worked as a Financial Services Representative at the same credit union and served as a Client Service Advocate at Jackson from October 2020 to February 2021. Emma's earlier experience includes roles as a Keyholder/Sales Associate at Hot Topic and a Human Resources Administrator at Macy's. Additionally, Emma worked as a Student Assistant at the State of Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget from May 2016 to April 2019. Emma holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication with a minor in Leadership of Organizations from Michigan State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources at Northwood University, expected to be completed in August 2024.
