David S. Byelich

David Byelich is vice president for planning and budgets. The Office of Planning and Budgets coordinates budget preparation, capital, space planning, institutional research and integrated strategic planning across academic and nonacademic units. It also provides information and analytical support to the provost and the executive vice president for administration.
