Sebastian James has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Sebastian currently works at Michigan United as a Data & Technology Manager, where their responsibilities include optimizing the organization's database and utilizing data to support their mission. Prior to this, Sebastian worked as an Owner at Digital Strategy Group, providing freelance communications and marketing services to various clients. Sebastian also founded The 197 NFP, a startup social welfare organization that focuses on facilitating conversations between Americans. Sebastian's educational background includes a Master of Science in Global Strategic Communication from Loyola University Chicago, during which they wrote an ebook on the opportunities with new technology.
