Joseph Ligouri, CPA

Joseph Ligouri, CPA, has a diversified work experience beginning in 1996. Joseph started their career at Walmart.com as a Layaway employee, responsible for handling and collecting money, as well as tracking and storing customer purchases. From 1998 to 2000, Joseph worked as a Work Study for the Executive MBA Program at the University of Central Florida, where they prepared course material packets, organized program activities, and created schedules for guest professors and speakers. In 2003, Joseph joined the Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Material Specialist, responsible for cycle counts and tracking multimillion dollar hardware. Joseph also provided kits to engineers and product managers for government contracts.

Starting in 2005, Joseph worked in a staff accountant role at Howard, Howard & Hodges CPA, where they prepared tax returns, reconciled financial reports, and served as a liaison for clients. Joseph also prepared payroll and tax filings. In 2006, they moved to The Limu Company as a Staff Accountant, responsible for monthly sales tax preparation and reconciliation of GL accounts. Joseph also prepared financials for review.

Since 2007, Joseph has held various roles at Micro Key Solutions, starting as the CFO/COO and later transitioning to the role of CPA/CFO. Specific responsibilities and end dates for these roles are not provided.
