Tom Hedges is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in international business management, particularly in Latin America. Currently serving as the International Business Manager for Latin America at Microaire Surgical Instruments since May 2009, Tom has held various roles, including Regional Manager and International Business Unit Manager for Orthopedic Specialties at the same company. Prior to Microaire, Tom worked at Stryker from 1995 to 2003 as General Manager for Latin America and held the position of Marketing Manager for Intercontinental at Baxter International Inc. from 1992 to 1995. Educationally, Tom holds a Master's in Management with a focus on International Business from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Commerce from Kalamazoo College.
