Lacey Hall has a wealth of experience in the food and health industry. Starting in 2006, they were a Foodservice Management Intern at Michigan State University. In 2007, they were a Dietetic Intern at Rush University Medical Center. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Resident Dietitian at COMO Hotels & Resorts. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Clinical Dietitian in Oncology at Froedtert Hospital. From 2014 to 2018, they were a Territory Sales Manager at SpectraCell Laboratories, Inc. In 2018, they were a Territory Sales Manager at Vibrant America Clinical Laboratory. Since 2012, they have been the Owner/Founder of Food Label Pro, LLC, where they created and grew the business from start-up to become a food labeling and regulatory agency to food manufacturers, restaurants, and retailers. In 2019, they became the Director of Clinical Education, Clinical Director of Learning & Development, and Clinical Education Manager at Microbiome Labs. Lacey also served as the Chicago Territory Manager at Microbiome Labs.
Lacey Hall received their B.S. in Applied Health Sciences from Indiana University Bloomington in 2007 and their M.S. in Clinical Nutrition from Rush University in 2009.
