Ricardo Félix

Ricardo Félix began their work experience in 2011 at Teleperformance, where they worked as a Sales Validation agent for telemarketing. In 2012, they joined Laboratório de Análises Clínicas Brito Rocha as a trainee in a chemical and microbiological lab. Later that year, they moved to Cipan- Companhia Industrial Produtora de Antibióticos SA, Carregado (Portugal) as a Chemical Specialist, working in both the fermentation department and non-sterile transformations. In 2013, they continued their career at Cipan-Companhia Industrial Produtora de Antibióticos, SA, where they worked as a Fermentation and Downstream Engineer. Over time, they took on additional responsibilities and became a Project Manager and later the Head of Fermentation & Downstream - Operations and CDMO. Currently, they work as a Manufacturing Engineer at MicroHarvest since 2023.
