Elaine Law

Elaine Law has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Elaine most recently worked as a Project Manager at Atlas starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they held multiple roles as a Program Manager at MicroHealth from October 2021 to June 2023 and at USAA from March 2020 to September 2021.

Before that, Elaine had a long tenure at Planned Systems International, where they served as the Vice President of Healthcare Solutions from January 2014 to March 2020. In this role, they provided oversight for the development of service offerings and implemented strategies to maximize revenue and profits. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Operations at Cyfluent from January 2013 to March 2020.

Elaine also has extensive experience at Planned Systems International, starting as the Cyfluent Operations Division Manager from November 2009 to January 2013. Elaine then served as a Training Manager from December 2005 to November 2009, where they created training schedules and standardized training curriculum. Additionally, they held the role of Data Manager from May 2001 to December 2005, where they managed a team responsible for data standardization and analysis. Earlier in their career, Elaine worked as an Onsite Project Manager at Planned Systems International and as a Software Developer at Ultramar Diamond Shamrock.

Elaine began their career at Electronic Data Systems, first as a Software Development Team Leader from August 1998 to May 2000 and then as a Software Developer from August 1996 to May 1998. In their role as a Software Developer, they were responsible for analysis, design, and coding of various applications.

Throughout their career, Elaine has demonstrated expertise in project and program management, operations, healthcare solutions, and software development.

Elaine Law completed their education in a chronological order. Elaine first attended The University of Texas at San Antonio from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English. Later, they pursued their studies at the American Public University System from 2008 to 2010 and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology. Furthermore, from 2014 to 2016, they attended The University of Texas at San Antonio again and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree.

In addition to their formal education, Elaine Law has obtained various certifications.
