Benedict Santhosh Gnanaraj

Benedict Santhosh Gnanaraj has extensive experience in the IT industry, with a focus on IT service management (ITSM) and application development. Benedict has held various roles in different companies, including Microland Limited, where they most recently served as Associate Director of Technology, managing a team and overseeing ITSM managed services. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager Technology and Manager Technology at the same company.

Before joining Microland Limited, Gnanaraj worked as an ITSM Architect at Unisys India, where they coordinated and implemented high availability setups for customer projects. Benedict also worked as an ITSM Specialist at Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions, participating in an internal upgrade of the global ITSM platform.

Earlier in their career, Gnanaraj worked as a Technical Specialist at Wipro, where they provided end-to-end solutions using BMC Remedy ITSM Suite. Benedict also gained experience as a Senior Solution Integrator at Ericsson India Global Services, developing applications and integrating them with various CRM systems. Benedict began their career as a Helpdesk Engineer at Sutherland Global Services.

Benedict Santhosh Gnanaraj obtained a B.E. degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from National Engineering College, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their 12th grade in Computer Science at De Nobili Matriculation Higher Secondary School in 2000. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in BMC Remedy AR System 8.0 Foundation - Part 2 from BMC Software in March 2013, ITIL V2 Foundation (institution not provided) in 2007, and Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft India (BMSI) in 2006.
