Rahil Yousuf

Rahil Yousuf has extensive work experience in the IT industry, with a focus on technical consultancy and project management. Rahil started their career as a Customer Support Engineer at Biocare Electronics Inc in 2001. Rahil then joined Cisco Systems in 2003 as a Senior Network Engineer, where they were responsible for handling integration challenges between infrastructure applications and Cisco IP Telephony. In 2006, Rahil became a Senior Consultant at Microland Limited, where they introduced VoIP and collaboration systems into the company's service lines. Rahil later joined IP Unity Communications Pvt Ltd as a Technical Support Engineer before rejoining Microland Limited as Senior Manager in Global Solutions & Deals Management. In 2010, Rahil joined Wipro Limited as a Technical Consultant/Project Manager, where they handled presales for emerging markets. Rahil then moved to Wipro Infotech in 2014 as a Technical Consultant, handling presales for India and UAE. Rahil rejoined Microland Limited in 2015 as the Director of Customer Success, focusing on digital transformation and aligning digital projects with business value. Rahil has also held roles as Associate Director - Presales and Senior Manager - Solutions & Presales - Middle East at Microland Limited.

Rahil Yousuf completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University from 2000 to 2003. Rahil then pursued their Master's degree in Information Technology with a focus on MBA at Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2006.
