Phong Vuong is currently working as an Analytical Development Scientist at Micromeritics Instrument Corporation since July 2023. Prior to this, Phong held positions such as Graduate Teaching Assistant at Georgia State University and Chemist/Technical Specialist at Yokogawa. With a Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Professional Chemistry from Kennesaw State University, Phong has also engaged in research on synthesizing new CXCR4 inhibitors to prevent cancer cell metastasis.
