Vepa Sowmya

Vepa Sowmya is a Senior Engineer at Micron Technology with experience in validation engineering for firmware related to NVMe and SATA SSDs, specializing in test design and development and possessing core protocol specification expertise in SAS, SATA, and NVMe since May 2019. Previously, Vepa held multiple positions at Samsung Semiconductors from July 2014 to May 2019, including Staff Engineer, Lead Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer in R&D, focusing on enterprise-level solid-state memory devices, particularly SAS SSDs, and gained nine months of onsite experience at Samsung's Headquarters in the Republic of Korea. Vepa holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science Engineering from Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology, completed in 2014.
