Doug Splinter

Doug Splinter is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in customer success and solution architecture across multiple prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Global Partner Success Lead at Microsoft since October 2013, Doug has held various significant positions within the company, including Sr. Director of Global Customer Success and WW Cross Solution Strategy Lead. Prior to Microsoft, Doug worked at Dell as a Global Principal Consultant and at Avtex Solutions, LLC as Chief Technology Strategist and Vice President of Technology Strategy/Sales Engineering. Earlier roles include Chief Technology Officer at Convergent, Director of Information Technology at Bowman and Brooke, Sr. Systems Engineer/Technology Strategist at Novell, and Engineer Team Leader/System Architect at DataSource Hagen. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Capella University.
