Ugur Yilmaz

Ugur YILMAZ has extensive experience in IT management, with a current role as Director of Microsoft IT for the Middle East & Africa Region since March 2012, overseeing a team of 9 IT Managers and supporting approximately 7,000 employees across 49 sites in 29 countries. Prior to Microsoft, YILMAZ served as IT Manager at IBM, where significant achievements included the implementation of high-availability datacenter infrastructure and leading ISO-27001 certification efforts. Additional prior roles include Oracle Financial Systems Manager at TAV Holding, Manager of ERP Systems at Aras Holding A.Ş., Managing Partner at DITES, and Software Development Manager at BAYSIS. YILMAZ holds a Stanford LEAD Professional Certificate and a double major degree in Electronics and Computer Programming from Boğaziçi University.
