Christian Malubag

Christian Malubag is the current Vice President of Operations for Picadilly and Cebu at MicroSourcing. Christian has been with the company since June of 2008 and has served as the Project/Operations Head for their largest technical account, handling up to 1,300 FTEs. In this role, they are responsible for ensuring overall client satisfaction, retention and growth for MicroSourcing's offshore operations in the Philippines.

As the primary escalation executive for operational issues, Christian has consistently met client-initiated targets by maximizing the team's potential in the day-to-day operations through strategic management, change management and problem solving skills. Prior to joining MicroSourcing, Christian served as Vertical Market Manager for TNT from April 2007 to March 2008.

Christian Malubag has a MBA from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, a BSBA from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, and is currently in their 4th year of high school at PAREF Southridge.

They work with Sean Baker - Head of Sales, Australia/NZ, Don Del Mundo - VP of Finance, and Jacqueline San Pedro - VP of Talent Acquisition. Christian Malubag reports to Sjoerd Krosse, Chief Executive Officer.
