Liza Inciong

Liza Inciong is the current Vice President of Human Resources at MicroSourcing. Liza has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee engagement, benefits administration, and talent management.

Liza started their career in HR as an HR Manager at ContactPoint Outsource Services Inc., where they were in charge of the compensation and benefits for the company. Liza then moved to SunCellular (Digitel Mobile Phils. Inc.) as an HR Manager, where they oversaw the delivery of end-to-end HR services for different accounts. In 2006, they joined [24]7 Customer Philippines as a Senior HR Manager, where they were in charge of 3 HR groups for about 4,000 employees. While at [24]7 Customer Philippines, Liza worked with operations to customize certain HR policies and processes depending on business requirements, and also created HR interventions to address employee issues such as attrition, absenteeism, workplace integrity, etc.

In their current role as VP of Human Resources at MicroSourcing, Liza is responsible for leading and managing the human resources function of the company. Liza works closely with the executive team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy. Liza is also responsible for managing the talent acquisition process, employee development programs, and compensation and benefits programs.

Liza Inciong has a MA in Industrial Relations from UP-Diliman, where they specialized in Human Resources Development. Liza also has a BS in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas.

Liza Inciong reports to Sjoerd Krosse, Chief Executive Officer. Liza Inciong works with Sameer Bhagat - VP of Information Technology, Maricel Salao - VP of Operations, Eastwood City and Ortigas Center, and Don Del Mundo - VP of Finance.
