Liza Inciong

Liza Inciong is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at MicroSourcing Phils. Inc. Since 2012, Liza has been responsible for managing and developing the human resources of over 5,500 employees in a BPO environment. Prior to this role, Liza worked as a Senior HR Manager at [24]7 Customer Philippines and as an HR Manager at ContactPoint Outsource Services Inc. Liza has a Master's degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Development from UP-Diliman and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas.
