Katie Dennis

Katie Dennis is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various strategic roles across leading organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at MicroStrategy since March 2018, Katie has held progressively responsible positions, including Senior HR Director and HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included advising C-level executives, leading change management initiatives, and driving employee engagement strategies. Previously, Katie worked at Gartner as an HR Generalist, Kantar Group as Senior HR Business Partner, and the Corporate Executive Board in multiple HR capacities. Additionally, Katie holds a Master’s degree in International Employment Relations and Human Resource Management from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and French from Smith College.
