Salvador García González is an experienced consultant and industry professional in the food and personal care sector. With over 35 years of experience, they specialize in new product development, sales, and establishing new businesses. Salvador has successfully launched over 800 products in both the mass consumer and B2B markets.

Salvador has held various leadership roles throughout their career. From 2022 onwards, they served as the Head of Product Innovation at microTERRA. Prior to that, they were the LATAM Sales Director for International Dehydrated Foods, Inc. and Sales Director for Mexico for Diana Foods. Salvador managed key accounts for Nestlé globally and Unilever and Quala regionally during this role.

Salvador was also the Health & Wellness Manager and Innovation Process Management Deputy Champion. During these roles, they were responsible for innovation, development, and the operation of the Innovation Process Management System for various brands within Unilever's Foods Division.

Salvador García González obtained a Maestría degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 1999 to 2001. Salvador also pursued a Diploma on Innovation at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing and Finances from Universidad de Guanajuato, where they attended from 1990 to 1994. Additionally, Salvador holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, specifically in Pure and Applied Chemistry, which they obtained from Universidad de Guanajuato from 1984 to 1988.
