Rafael Permuy Martínez

Rafael Permuy Martínez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2016, they co-founded Microviable Therapeutics, a biotechnology company offering services for gut microbiota analysis and preservation. In 2018, they became a Partner & Business Advisor at Dogram Ingeniería de Documentación Tridimensional, a technology-based company specializing in close-range photogrammetry techniques. Rafael also founded Asturhealth Soluciones Innovadoras en Salud, a consultancy and distribution company focused on innovative healthcare products and services.

In 2018, Rafael joined Universidad de Oviedo as a Visiting Professor at the Master in Biotechnology of Environment and Health, where they taught a subject on the creation of biotechnological companies. Rafael Permuy Martínez has a diverse education history spanning various fields of study. Starting in 1995, they obtained a Diploma as a "Mediador de Seguros Titulado" from the Dirección General de Seguros (Ministerio Economía y Hacienda), which focused on the field of Insurance.

In 2002-2003, Rafael pursued studies in Economics (Dirección y Administración de Empresas) at the Universidad de Oviedo. Later, in 2007-2008, they attended Asturias Business School to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree with a specialization in Finance & Control management. In 2008-2009, they further expanded their knowledge by completing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) program focused on General Sales, Merchandising, and Related Marketing Operations at FENA Business School.

In 2008-2009, Rafael enrolled in ESIC Business & Marketing School, where they completed a Superior program in Customer Service Management. Additionally, in 2011-2012, they attended Instituto Madrileño Formación, earning a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services. Furthermore, in 2012, they acquired technical expertise in Human Resources Management and Services by completing the Técnico Superior en Dirección de Recursos Humanos program at Universidad CEU San Pablo.

To diversify their skill set, Rafael pursued a Título Experto en Vacunas en la práctica clínica, focusing on Medical Microbiology and Bacteriology, at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid during 2013-2014. In the same period, they also attended Universidad Europea, where they completed the Programa Superior de Desarrollo Estratégico in Business Administration and Management.

In 2013-2016, Rafael obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Universidad Católica de Ávila. To enhance their professional qualifications, they obtained the certification "Business Services Sustainability Programme 2023" from Plan A in April 2023.
