Christina Stephens has five years of work experience. Christina began their career in 2006 as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Loma Linda University, where they assisted in research to test the hypothesis of the "survivasome" protein complex. In 2007, they became a Safety Engineer at Bausch & Lomb. From 2008 to 2013, they were a Project Manager at Green Mountain Antibodies, where they were responsible for securing new customers, managing multiple antibody purification projects, and designing and developing custom monoclonal antibody projects. In 2013, they became a Software Validation Engineer at Data Innovations, Inc. Finally, from 2015 to present, they have been a Project Manager at Microworks POS Solutions, where they have knowledge extending to all departments and is responsible for oversight of company wide procedures, formulation of policies, development of new processes, and human resources.

Christina Stephens attended Webster Schroeder High School from 2001 to 2004. Christina then attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a BS in Biotechnology and SBIT. Christina also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
