Bryan Gregory

Bryan Gregory is an experienced professional with a strong background in retail and call center management. Currently serving as the Call Center Manager at Mid-America Catastrophe Services since June 2021, Bryan previously held the position of General Manager at Trans World Entertainment - FYE Music, Movies & More from January 1990 to June 2021. At Trans World Entertainment, Bryan was responsible for retail store operations, P&L management, budgeting and cost controls, shrink reduction, and customer service excellence, along with team building, training, supervision, inventory management, and merchandising strategies. Bryan holds a degree from the University of South Alabama.
