Dorothy Suter

Dorothy Suter has a diverse work experience in human resources. Dorothy is currently employed as the Human Resources Director at Murfin, Inc., a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Mid-America Orthopedics starting from December 2019. From July 2018 to December 2019, they served as the Talent Acquisition Development Partner at Fagron Sterile Services (FSS). Furthermore, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Mirror from June 2017 to July 2018, and as a Human Resources Consultant at Kroger Accounting Services Hutchinson from January 2014 to January 2015. Dorothy began their career in human resources as a Human Resources Recruiter at Dillons Grocery Store from April 2008 to April 2009, and prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Intern at the same company from May 2007 to April 2008.

Dorothy Suter obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Washburn University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Dorothy then pursued further education and earned a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Emporia State University, completing their studies from 2005 to 2011. In addition to their degrees, Dorothy Suter also holds a certification as a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), which they obtained in July 2019.
