Mike Phelan

Mike Phelan focuses on tenant representation and land assemblage for development primarily in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Mike is on a team with Principals Stefanie Meyer and Johnny Reimann and focuses on assisting clients with their real estate solutions and new business development.

Prior to joining Mid-America, Mike began his career in real estate as an associate for JLL in Minneapolis, MN. He worked with his clients to define space requirements, create a market strategy, identify profitable locations and negotiate terms to fit their specific needs. His client experience includes Valvoline, Bath & Body Works, F45, Nordstrom Rack, Maurice’s, Kitchen United Mix, and Tidal Auto Spa among others.

Mike is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR), and the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA).
