Emily Becker

Emily Becker is an experienced public relations and community relations professional, currently serving as the Community Relations Manager at Mid-Continent Public Library since February 2016. In this role, Emily develops and maintains partnerships with media and community organizations, crafting press releases, blog posts, and various communications to further the library's mission. Prior experience includes positions as Community Relations Specialist and Public Relations Coordinator at the same organization, as well as roles at Proventus Consulting as a Marketing Coordinator, and GlynnDevins as an Assistant Account Executive. Early career roles involved internships at Morningstar Communications, Osborn Barr, and the National MS Society, coupled with a foundational experience as a Teller at Platte Valley Bank.
