Kisha Kean, Ph.D. is currently working as a Talent and Culture Department Lead at Mid Continent Steel and Wire, Inc., a Talent and Culture Specialist at Grupo DEACERO, Inc., and also as a Talent and Culture Department Lead at Deacero USA, Inc. Prior to these roles, Kisha worked as a Sport and Performance Consultant as an Independent Consultant and as a Facilitator at Leadership Foundations Group. Kisha has a strong background in leadership development, facilitating group activities, and administering various assessments for self-awareness and personal development. With a Ph.D. in Organizational Development and Leadership, specializing in Sport, Fitness, and Wellness Management, Kisha is dedicated to helping individuals reach their personal and professional goals.
