Bethannie Phillips is a seasoned professional in the financial services and customer service industries, currently serving as Lead Training Specialist and Operations, Sales, and Lending Trainer at Mid Oregon Credit Union since May 2019. In this role, Bethannie trains all new hires on member service, system navigation, and company culture, and also trains employees transitioning to the Account Representative position. Previously, Bethannie worked as a Teller at both Mid Oregon Credit Union and Greater Iowa Credit Union, and gained customer service experience at Hyvee Grocery as a Customer Service representative and Assistant Manager, and at Hallmark Cards as a Cashier. Bethannie holds an Associate’s Degree from Des Moines Area Community College, studied at Iowa State University, and earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
