Raquel Ayala

Raquel Ayala is currently a Human Resources Generalist at Mid Oregon Credit Union since June 2022, where Raquel assists with daily operations such as payroll, benefits management, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Prior to this, Raquel has held various HR roles in different companies, showcasing their experience in recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. Their past experiences include positions at High Desert Education Service District, Skagit County, Boeing, and Copiers Northwest, among others. Raquel has also worked in roles such as Staffing Manager and District Court Clerk, demonstrating a diverse skill set in HR and customer service.
