Enrico Gambi

Enrico Gambi is a seasoned professional in the fields of talent development, leadership coaching, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at MIDA SpA since January 2020, Enrico focuses on positive and inclusive leadership development, OKR, and business coaching. Prior experience includes roles at EY as the Med Talent Development Leader, where Enrico implemented learning and development strategies, and at Prada Group as the Global Corporate Training & Development Manager, responsible for comprehensive training initiatives. Enrico has also held positions in people development at Pirelli and Towers Watson, managing major learning projects and coaching executives. Enrico's educational background includes a degree in Economia Aziendale and Psychology of Organizations from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and advanced coaching training from SCOA.
