Damian Vallas

Damian Vallas has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. Damian started their career in 2000 as a Management Consultant at Gibson & Associates, where they introduced and executed strategic sourcing processes. Damian then worked at RailMarketplace.com, INC, as a Strategic Sourcing Analyst, delivering collaborative sourcing initiatives for several major railroads in North America. In 2003, they joined Florida Power & Light Company and held roles such as Business Analyst and Sr. Business Analyst, where they conducted operational analyses and managed the Six Sigma program for the Supply Chain. Damian also worked as a Sr. Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, where they developed and implemented performance and talent management processes. Since 2013, Damian has been with MidAmerican Energy Company, starting as a Procurement Manager and working their way up to Vice President roles, including VP of Supply Chain and currently Vice President of Business Optimization & Innovation.
