Michelle Lejcher

Michelle Lejcher has held various roles in the banking and audit industries throughout their career. Michelle is currently serving as the Chief Risk Officer at MidCountry Bank since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Old National Bank as the ERM Manager from May 2018 to July 2021. Michelle also worked at Anchor Bank, N.A. in multiple roles, including Director of Risk Management, Risk Manager, Manager of Internal Audit, and Internal Auditor from 2010 to 2018. Before joining Anchor Bank, N.A., they served as an Internal Auditor at US Bank from September 2008 to September 2010. Michelle'searly career includes working as an Auditor at KPMG US from August 2006 to September 2008, and as an Audit Intern at KPMG US from June 2005 to August 2005. Overall, Michelle has a solid background in risk management, internal audit, and banking operations.
