Vicky Kim Andersen

Vicky Kim Andersen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public administration and leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior & Sundhedschef and Senior & Velfærdschef at Middelfart Kommune since August 2020, Vicky has also held leadership positions within Ladies Circle Danmark since January 2018. Previous roles include various positions at Esbjerg Kommune, ranging from Konsulent in Strategy & Leadership Secretariat to Team Leader and Project Therapist, spanning from September 2010 to August 2020. Vicky has contributed to academia as a Time Underviser in communication at UC SYD, while also providing consulting services. Vicky holds a Diplom in Leadership from UC SYD and has completed several professional courses, including body language and certification as an Optimist, complementing a foundational degree as a Professionsbachelor in Ergotherapy.
