Dora Matheidesz has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Dora started their career in 2007 as an Investment Banking Associate at JP Morgan and worked there until 2013. Dora then joined Coffee Meets Bagel as a Marketing & Partnerships specialist for a short period. In 2014, they became the VP of Business Development at Doorman, where they worked for two years. Afterwards, Dora joined Earnest Inc. as a Partnerships specialist, focusing on evaluating and prioritizing partnership channels, building and maintaining relationships with strategic partners, and negotiating deal economics and contract terms. Dora worked at Earnest Inc. until 2018. In 2018, Dora joined HSBC as a Senior Innovation Manager for blockchain, where they worked on blockchain projects to enable the digitization of financial services. Dora collaborated with colleagues to develop client proposition strategies for blockchain-enabled trade finance, payments, foreign exchange, and syndicated lending solutions. In 2020, they joined Blend as a Business Development & Partnerships professional, working there until 2022. Dora'smost recent role is at J.P. Morgan, where they serve as an Executive Director in Fintech Strategy & Business Development. Currently, they are also working at Middesk in the Partnerships role.

Dora Matheidesz attended the University of Pennsylvania from 2003 to 2007, where they studied at The Wharton School. Dora graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, with a focus on Finance & Real Estate. In addition to their academic achievements, Dora obtained certifications in Series 63 and Series 79 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in June 2010 and February 2010, respectively.
