Charbel Chaaya

Charbel Chaaya is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in production operations and shared services within the media industry. Currently serving as the Director of Production Operations and Shared Services for MBC Studios, Charbel manages various operational functions including Human Resources, Business Operations, and Technical Operations. Previously, Charbel held roles such as Director of Production Operations at the Middle East Broadcasting Center, where responsibilities included overseeing regional production operations across multiple countries and leading a substantial team in shared services. Charbel’s career began in auditing, progressing from a Senior Auditor at Bureau Georges Honeiné to various senior management roles within MBC Group, culminating in the position of Deputy General Manager for MBC Lebanon SAL. Charbel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and has completed professional CPA review sessions.
