Mohammad Fallatah

Mohammad Fallatah's work experience begins in 2006 when they worked as an Operator II - Well Services at Saudi Aramco. During this time, they coordinated with contractor companies, managed well maintenance and operations, supervised employees, and created process documentation.

In 2017, Mohammad joined Kenworth Sales as a Technical Support Specialist. Mohammad provided technical support to staff and user departments, monitored and maintained computer systems and networks, troubleshoot and resolved system issues.

From 2019 to 2020, they worked at Packsize as both a Technical Support Engineer and a Senior Technical Support Engineer. In these roles, they provided technical support to customers, diagnosed and troubleshooted software and hardware problems, and maximized network performance efficiency and security.

In 2020, Mohammad moved to ShellSquare Softwares as a System Support Engineer. Mohammad supported drilling operations and managed IT projects related to the Oil and Gas industry. Mohammad also prioritized customer service and satisfaction by providing remote and on-site support.

Most recently, starting in 2022, Mohammad joined MBC GROUP as an Information Technology / System Engineer. Mohammad provides IT and technical support, installs and maintains operating systems and applications, and ensures the proper functioning of computer systems and networks.

Mohammad Fallatah obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Technologies from Weber State University. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications from various institutions. In September 2020, they obtained the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice, as well as the PRINCE 2 Foundation certification from the same institution. In August 2020, they completed the Introduction to Cybersecurity certification offered by Cisco. Other certifications include Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft, the Windows 10: Administration certification from LinkedIn, and the Talkdesk Agents Certification from Talkdesk.
