Waleed Fathy

Waleed Fathy has a diverse work experience in the field of graphic design and broadcasting. Waleed started their career in 2005 at Brainwaves l Brainstorm Multimedia, where they worked as a Senior Broadcast Graphic Designer l Demo Artist until 2012. In 2009, they also worked as a Creative Director at Aeon Studio for a period of two years.

In 2012, Waleed joined Sky News Arabia as a Vizrt Designer l Broadcast Graphic Designer, where they worked until 2013. Waleed then moved to MBC and worked as a Vizrt Designer I Broadcast Graphic Designer from 2013 onwards.

Most recently, Waleed has been with Al Arabiya News Channel since 2018. Waleed initially joined as a Senior Broadcast Graphic Designer and was later promoted to the role of Creative Lead in May 2023.

Throughout their career, Waleed has gained extensive experience in broadcast graphic design, particularly in using Vizrt software. Their roles have included both creative and leadership responsibilities, showcasing their proficiency in designing and managing graphic content for news channels.

Waleed Fathy attended Fine Arts I Architecture from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree with a specialization in Architecture.
