Cindy Layne

Cindy Layne serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Middle Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation since May 2009, after holding the position of Controller at the same organization. From 1991 to 2009, Cindy worked as the Controller for Columbia Power & Water Systems. Cindy obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, completing the program between 1979 and 1983.
