Matthew Fuchsen

Matthew Fuchsen is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in tax management and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at The Middleby Corporation since November 2011, Matthew Fuchsen has held various leadership positions, including Vice President of M&A and Tax, where responsibilities included overseeing the global tax function and collaborating on the tax implications of business strategies and acquisitions. Prior to joining The Middleby Corporation, Matthew Fuchsen worked at Deloitte as a Senior Tax Manager, enhancing expertise in tax management. Matthew Fuchsen holds a BA and MPA in Accounting from Elmhurst University and has an educational background from Iowa State University and Driscoll Catholic.
