Kimberly Utterback

Kimberly Utterback, CRCM, has extensive experience in the compliance and operations sectors of the banking industry. Currently serving as the Assistant Compliance Officer at Middlefield Bank since May 2014, Kimberly previously held the position of Compliance Officer at First Place Bank from June 2012 to March 2014. From April 2002 to April 2012, Kimberly worked at U.S. Bank as an Operations Specialist, where duties included managing operations and compliance for four branches and providing training based on in-depth knowledge of bank policies. Kimberly also served as Co-Manager at U.S. Bank, achieving high Customer Loyalty Scores, and briefly as Assistant Branch Manager at Home Savings and Loan in 2012. Academic qualifications include two Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration, focusing on Accounting and Accounting Information Systems from Youngstown State University, obtained from 2004 to 2010.
